Bailie Beach Lodge

Bailie Beach Lodge is located on the east side of Mattituck Inlet. The park has a quiet sandy beach, dunes, and a tidal wetland natural area that are home to a variety of birds. Bailie Beach Lodge is located in the upland area, just minutes from Long Island Sound.
Non-resident Scout troops have enjoyed the Lodge for many years, and may use this facility for a nominal fee.
  • There is a large commercial kitchen that has a microwave, coffeepots and some cooking utensils.
  • The main hall is equipped with tables and chairs for dining, with ample room for the scouts to sleep and work on projects.
  • There are two restrooms, one with a shower.
  • There is parking on-site, and a garbage bin for trash disposal.
Scouts are expected to leave the Lodge cleaner than they found it.
